As an Area Facility Manager* for the Leipzig region, you are responsible for all operational and coordination tasks in the facility management of our branches. Together with your team, you ensure that our stores work technically perfectly, operate economically and always meet the high NEW YORKER standards. Their tasks include in particular: Responsibility for the technical, structural and optical support of around 50 branches in the Leipzig region Planning, control and monitoring of maintenance, maintenance and repair measures Implementation and support of renovations, rebuildings and branch closures Support for new construction projects and evaluation of potential sales areas in cooperation with the Area Manager Ensuring the functionality of technical installations and compliance with legal requirements Responsibility for budget, tender testing and cost optimization Documentation and follow-up of measures in the CAFM system Leadership, motivation and further development of a team of inmates

Completed technical or engineering training, ideally with further training in facility management Multiannual professional experience in the field of technical building management or construction Good technical understanding and organizational talent Hands-on mentality, self-initiative and solution-oriented working Expressed cost awareness and entrepreneurial thinking Teamability, communication strength and flexibility Readiness to travel within the Leipzig region Safe handling of MS Office and CAFM programs Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Nobody is perfect!
