You support the team administratively and organizationally and are the interface to specialist services and administrative departments. You communicate safely in writing and orally in German and English and take over simple translations. You plan and organize workshops, meetings and seminars and prepare the documents. You coordinate appointments of the department management and organize business trips, also internationally. You support budget management and create reports. You maintain contact with national and international partners from science, business and politics.

You have completed training as a foreign language secretary (m/w/d) or a similar commercial qualification and have professional experience. Public service knowledge is of advantage. You speak very well German (C1 level) and very good English (B2 level). Another foreign language is welcome. You are an organizational institution with a precise and methodical way of working. You work self-motivated and proactively. You are powerful and team-capable, with a friendly, sovereign and service-oriented appearance. You can safely handle the MS Office package and other popular applications.
