Central interface between e-commerce, retail, logistics, IT and external partners to ensure customer-oriented and efficient end-to-end processes Operational support and coordination of the filling, storage and transport processes with external service providers for tamaris.com in Europe Own-responsible initiation, planning and implementation of (part-)projects in the e-commerce, retail and omnichannel environment – from the survey of requirements, concept and testing to roll-out – including identification of optimization potentials, submission of own ideas and support to the evaluation of the results Identification of potentials for process automation and efficiency enhancement – also through the use of modern tools and AI-based evaluations Working with the translation of the E‐Commerce and Retail Growth Strategy into concrete projects, roadmaps and process improvements Operational analysis and co-design of internal and external logistic/operative KPIs: identification of areas of action/measures, close cooperation with other areas of expertise (sales, merchandising, customer service & experience), support in the initiation and implementation of measures to increase KPIs Creation of management reports and decision templates

Successfully completed commercial training or completed economic (special) high school studies Professional experience in the e-commerce or retail environment, like fashion or shoe trade, ideally with logistics/fillment reference Experience in cooperation with projects (request, test, roll-out), please with first subproject responsibility Knowledge of BI/reporting tools (e.g. forecasts, anomaly detection, automated reports) and modern analysis/automatization approaches Own-responsible, structured manner combined with a pronounced hands-on mentality as well as target and result orientation Analytical thinkability as well as pleasure in the design of processes and their optimization Impressed communication skills and knowledge of English Openness for changes, fun of continuous improvement and the use of new tools and technologies
