Technical, organisational and personnel management of the department with three subjects and around 24 employees Strategic development of the department as well as the design of the personnel and organisational structure taking into account the KRITIS requirements Responsibility for the safe, reliable and economical operation of the EMSR technology of the wastewater technology plants of the Landeshauptstadt Wiesbaden Support and control of projects and updates in the fields of energy supply, process control (WIN CC) and automation level Continuous development and optimization of structures, processes and workflows Developing the foundations for economic and investment planning and monitoring implementation

Successfully completed technical and engineering studies in the field of electrical engineering or comparable qualification Leadership and the ability to promote employees as well as responsible and valuable leadership A high level of responsibility awareness, communication skills team spirit and commitment Takeover of management readiness Class B driving licence
