Our national and international customers are self-employed and service-oriented in the sales service. You are actively working in the online sector by preparing product data for online shops and processing customer requests from digital sales channels. You support our online partners and marketplaces. You process customer requests and start offerings. You accept orders, check them carefully and coordinate the on-time processing with production and logistics. You are available to our customers by phone and in writing as a competent contact person. You support our field service in preparing customer appointments, presentations and evaluations. You can communicate safely in German and English with international business partners.

You have a successfully completed commercial training (m/w/d). Ideally, you bring first professional experience in the sales service, preferably in the furniture industry or a manufacturing company. You work safely with the most common MS Office applications like Word, Excel and Outlook. You have good English skills in word and writing. You have a good understanding of commercial processes and processes. You work structured, carefully and independently. You stand friendly and binding to customers and colleagues. You are interested in digital distribution channels and ideally bring first experiences in online. You can also keep track of high order volumes and work in a solution-oriented manner.
