Occupational safety clerk (m/f/d)

At our Hanover site, you as a specialist in occupational safety (m/w/x) support our team to create a safe, healthy and transparent working environment in which we grow together and enable excellence. The position is first fixed for one year, with the prospect of long-term cooperation. Are you on it?

Full support in occupational safety: You are central: contact person:in matters relating to occupational safety, occupational health care and behaviour prevention and make sure that our processes are implemented safely, clearly and comprehensible. Organisation & coordination of security-relevant formats: You prepare work protection committee meetings, trainings and information events, coordinate appointments and ensure that relevant content is understood and applied in everyday life. Evaluation of safety indicators & prevention: You care and analyze safety indicators, identify trends and actively participate in deriving and tracking appropriate prevention measures to continuously improve our working environment. Maintenance of occupational safety documentation: You're posing the data in our work protection software, responsible for creating and updating operating instructions and working on the documentation of risk assessments. Hazardous goods & hazardous materials in view: As a commissioned person, you support hazardous goods in the control of the relevant processes, consider the list of dangerous substances and work closely with internal and external partners such as security officers, company physicians, professional cooperatives and ASA teams from other locations.

Training & qualification: You have completed vocational training, e.g. as an office clerk, industrial clerk or a comparable qualification; first experiences in fire protection or in the handling of hazardous substances are advantageous. Professional experience & expertise: You have at least two years of experience in the field of occupational safety, occupational health or occupational medicine and know the basic legal requirements, guidelines and standards. IT and language skills: You have very good German knowledge and good English skills and work safely with common IT applications such as MS Office and MS Teams Working methods & structure: You work conscientiously, structured and reliable, keep an overview of several tasks at the same time and ensure transparent, easy to understand documentation. Personal competencies: You convince by communication strength, sense of responsibility and team orientation, listen actively, look for exchange with colleagues and develop pragmatic, implementable solutions that you reliably follow.
