Master ‘s Degree in a technical field Experience within the semiconductor industry/knowledge of semiconductor processes and packages is a benefit PMI certification or similar is a clear benefit Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Resilient and assertive Ability and willingness to take ownership of projects A solution-focused mindset Team player with a strong drive to achieve success and a pronounced hands-on mentality Good knowledge in state-of-the-art project management tools and their application Good MS Office knowledge Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
