A completed training in baker's crafts, ideally complemented by a further training to the baker's master or a comparable qualification in the food sector Multiannual experience in production, preferably in a larger bakery or in the food industry Leadership and experience in the guidance and motivation of employees A strong organizational institution, sense of responsibility and enforcement Good knowledge about production software and MS Office Willingness to take over the late shift (14-22) as well as to use on Sundays and holidays – Saturdays are usually free of work A high quality and hygiene awareness reflected in your daily work
