Accompanying, care, support You provide and accompany hard-sick and incurably ill people in their home environment. You take over basic and treatment care in early and late care and are oriented towards the individual needs of the patients. You help people stay in their familiar environment for as long as possible. You advise and accompany relatives and reference persons in challenging situations of life. You document nursing services and contribute to ensuring a high quality of care. You work confidently with internal and external network partners as well as the various professional groups in the field of hospices and palliatives.
