Process Manager (m/f/d)

Conception, analysis, optimization and implementation of digital business processes with focus on operations (production) along the entire value chain Project responsibility for the expansion of the Business Process Management in the manufacturing sector and cross-site support in building a uniform process landscape Introduction and moderation of workshops for process recording and process modeling, including the derivation of concrete potential for improvement Creation and design of training documents for process management, for example as E‐Learning modules, for the qualification of employees Further development of process management both organizational and technical with the aim of establishing forward-looking and sustainable process structures

Successfully completed university studies in engineering, economics or a comparable degree course and at least three years of professional experience in process management Understanding business processes along the entire value chain as well as deepening knowledge of process management methods, standards and tools (e.g. Aeneis) including practice in BPMN 2.0 modelling. Very good oral and written expressability, strong sense of responsibility, independent and structured work, high initiative and flexibility Embossed team capacity, reliability and communication strength in handling internal and external stakeholders
