Project Manager / Technical Facility Management (m/f/d)

Tackling tasks: managing implementation and optimization projects with the customer, in particular in cooperation with subcontractors; Identification, selection and address of suitable service providers and implementation of cross-departmental process improvements and cost savings Analytical procedure: development of tailor-made solutions for the successful implementation of our services on site; Analysis of existing processes and identification of critical vulnerabilities and optimization potentials in close coordination with the departments advance progress: ensuring, monitoring and continuous improvement of quality standards and processes; Care, development and optimization of the existing CAFM system Living in cooperation: Central interface to the fields of electrical, MSR, mechanics, HKLS and master services Take responsibility: Introduction, control and sustainable monitoring of appropriate measures for process, quality and performance improvement

Education: Completed technical training, e.g. as an electronics engineer, electrician or plant mechanic HKLS (m/w/d), ideally with further training as a master or technician (m/w/d); alternatively completed studies in the field of supply technology, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, technical building management or a comparable qualification Experience: Ideally multiannual professional experience in technical facility management, building management or the service industry as well as experience in managing projects Working methods: Embossed economic thinking and a structured, independent and service-oriented working method Knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office; Experiences with CAFM systems are advantageous Languages: Very good German knowledge in word and writing
