Litigation and Dispute Resolution: You take over the independent leadership of judicial and extrajudicial procedures and represent our client:in diverse civil and economic matters IT Law / Digital Law: You work in the design and negotiation of contracts in IT law along the entire value chain as well as in legal issues relating to e-commerce, digital business models or IT security IP / Industrial legal protection: You process mandates in trademark, design, copyright and competition law, accompany our client: both in the enforcement and defence of their intellectual property and in the design of innovative business models as Senior Manager (m|w|d): Supporting colleagues as an experienced mentor (m|w|d) – professionally sovereign, humanly oriented as Senior Manager (m|w|d): also take over lectures and professional publications – to strengthen our visibility and expertise

Opportunities and Responsibility As Senior Associate (m|w|d) or Senior Manager (m|w|d) you conduct judicial and extrajudicial procedures autonomously and advise at the interface of business, technology and law – in mandates ranging from high-level middle class to associations to large companies and corporations including DAX companies. In direct client contact you take responsibility and bring your expertise. As Senior Manager (m|w|d), especially in the guidance of younger colleagues, as well as through lectures and publications.
