Own-responsible implementation of ongoing accounting (debitors, creditors, property accounts) in close coordination with the external tax office Support in information flow to the tax office for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB/IFRS Coordination of accounts and clarification of open items Cooperation in payment and liquidity management Organization Inventory Support for HR processes, e.g. preparatory wage accounting, personnel administration, data management Participation in the optimization of accounting and administrative processes Administrative contract management & claims Statistical authorities reports Bookings of administrative receipts in ERP Number affinity for controlling and business intelligence

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in accounting Good knowledge of German trade law (HGB) desirable Basic understanding of HR processes and interest in personal topics Safe handling of common ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel) Structured, independent and reliable operation Teamability and discretion in handling sensitive data Good English knowledge of word and writing
