You take over the commercial processing of our spare parts business and are the central contact person for our customers in After Sales. The focus of your activity is on structured order processing, combined with active customer contact and process responsibility. Your focus Order processing & organisation (approx. 60–70 %) Creation and tracking of spare parts offers Independent processing of orders in the international environment Coordination of delivery dates, shipping and internal interfaces Ensuring complete and clean order documentation Care and imaging of all processes in the SAP system Active customer support in after sales (approximately 30–40 %) Proactive approach of customers to spare parts and services Detection of spare parts and service requirements in ongoing plant operation Care and development of existing customer relationships Close cooperation with service, technology and sales Shipping & Export Organisation of the worldwide shipping of spare parts Support in the creation of export and customs documents Communication with forwarding and internal departments Processes and systems Ensuring data quality and consistent SAP processes Working on the further development of our processes in the spare parts business

Qualification Completed commercial or technical vocational training Experience in order processing, ideally in the spare part or service environment System & Technology Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP Basic technical understanding of advantage Personally you convince by Structured, independent and reliable operation Embossed service and customer orientation Communication strength – also in the international environment Good German and ideal English skills
