Supervisor Breakfast (m/f/d)

Bring your passion and expertise to where hospitality is rethinked - with responsibility, effect and an international team that strengthens you. You are the first contact person for our guests, employees and suppliers – professional, warm and with an open ear for every concern.

You support the leadership and motivation of the breakfast team, provide clear processes and ensure a pleasant, well-coordinated relationship.

You actively participate in a smooth run in the breakfast restaurant, keep an overview and access where you are needed.

You advise our guests professionally on food and drinks, and with your knowledge you contribute to a successful start to the day.

You are actively working in the team, you are a model for service, quality and hospitality.

You will take care of the attractive and complete breakfast buffet, with a view for details and freshness.

You will take up preparatory and refurbishment work, both in the restaurant and – depending on the season – on the terrace.

You pay attention to the consistent compliance of all hygiene and safety requirements, and make sure our guests feel comfortable and safe all around.

You bring well-founded professional experience in the gastronomy or hotel industry – ideally in the breakfast service or in a comparable position.

You are characterized by very high readiness for services, friendliness and an open being – the guest is at the centre of your attention.

You bring creativity and resilience, even in more stressful moments you keep calm, structure and overview.

You have good knowledge of German and English in order to be able to serve international guests.
