As an interface between construction and project management, you plan the entire assembly process from order intake to the construction of our construction projects. In cooperation with the sales department, you are responsible for the clarification of the local conditions around the planned parking space as well as the calculation of internal assembly requests. Based on this, you take over the examination of the order documents and create the assembly orders or, if necessary, conduct contract negotiations with subcontractors to externally commission the assembly services. As part of the technical management and coordination of the assembly processes, you conduct independent audits with assembly companies, take over the technical clarification both internally and externally and are the first contact person for the involved after-contractors. To ensure a timely assembly process, you create the appropriate assembly schedule and are responsible for the installation planning of the technicians. In your function as an interface between construction and project management, you always have a look at the guidelines of occupational safety. In addition, you are responsible for the audit and release, perform the project documentation and take over the correspondence with customers and builders during assembly.

They are desirable to have a master's or technician's degree or a completed crafts/technical vocational training (e.g., Schreiner, Metallbauer, etc.). In addition, you ideally already have several years of professional experience. In addition to your technical understanding as well as your practical experience as a craftsman, commercial office activities are not strange to you, so that you ideally have secure IT skills in MS-Office (including MS-Project). In addition, occasional missions are not a problem for you and you have the licence of Class B. With your strong communication and problem-solving capability as well as enforcement strength, you are able to advance projects in a targeted manner.
