Maintenance Engineer with Focus on Plant Optimization (m/w/d) - Team Leader

You organize and document preventive maintenance, revisions, maintenance and statutory audits You develop and implement modern maintenance strategies – including a sophisticated spare part management You are constantly working on the optimization of our systems according to the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) You run a dedicated team and coordinate both internal and external maintenance professionals You plan and implement CapEx projects in the fields of energy, automation and infrastructure You actively participate in our World Class Manufacturing Program and use Lean Methods You drive forward the further development of our OT/IT systems and shape digital processes

You have a degree in automation technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in the maintenance of a production plant You are familiar with modern maintenance concepts such as TPM or Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) You speak fluent German and English – further language skills are a plus You work independently, think analytically and quickly find yourself in new topics You communicate clearly, negotiate safely and are a real team player
