Control and monitoring of the bodywork sector in compliance with environmental and safety regulations and cost budgets Ensuring productivity, quality and timeliness using Lean methods Continuous further development of the area (e.g. digitalization, key number systems) Management and participation in projects (e.g. Lean) Leadership and development of assigned employees and support of change processes Contact for customers and suppliers in relation to production-related complaints Ensuring audit specifications for bodywork (e.g. IATF 16949) Identification of potentials to increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve quality Implementation of personnel planning

Successfully completed technical studies ideally with the focus on automation, mechanical engineering, production or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional and leadership experience in an industrial company, ideally in the automotive sector Knowledge gained in the field of body construction and forming technology Structured and analytical mode of operation and implementation strength High willingness to deploy and enjoy the leadership and development of employees High level of integrity and sense of responsibility Joy of shaping digitalization in production
