To strengthen our team, we are looking for a station secretary (m/w/d) for our clinic in Lorsch. Versatile station organization: You support the station team in administrative and organizational tasks, for example in patient reception, cornering, processing medical regulations and orders. Reliable communication: You accept phone calls, answer requests and forward them to the relevant responders. Central patient care: You are an important contact person for patients, relatives, colleagues and external service providers, such as pharmacies, medical hospitals and rehabilitation clinics. Careful blood collection: You carry out blood collections independently and professionally. Structured release management: You coordinate the discharge management and take care of all associated organizational tasks. Frictionless transport coordination: You organize necessary transports, for example for patients or their luggage.

You have a successfully completed medical training as a medical specialist (MFA) (m/w/d) or care professional (m/w/d). You ideally bring experience in the administrative organization. You have good computer knowledge, in particular in common MS Office applications and ideally in the hospital information system ORBIS. You are characterized by organisational talent, self-initiative and a safe occurrence. You like to work independently, carefully and responsibly. You convince with very good communication skills and a pronounced team capacity.
