You are characterized by:

• completed vocational training, e.g. as a specialist in system integration, IT customer service, IT System Electronics, IT System Kaufmann, IT service technician, information electronics or comparable qualifications
• sound knowledge or first practical experience in IT support
• good German and English skills

• identify recurring or serious incidents and their causes for loss of performance
• sets jobs, configures updates and ensures faultless functionality
• performs fault diagnoses and problem solutions in the field of First and Second Level Support for Hard & Software
