Ensuring compliance: monitoring and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements such as NIS2, GDPR and international standards (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001)

Building and maintaining an ISMS: developing, implementing and supporting an information security management system that meets the requirements of modern cybersecurity

Risk management and audits: Regular implementation of risk analyses Identification of vulnerabilities and introduction of risk mitigation measures Planning and monitoring of internal and external audits

Incident Response and Crisis Management: Coordination of the Response to Security incidents Creating emergency plans and ensuring business continuity

Training and Awareness: Training for employees to strengthen security awareness and cyber hygiene in the company

Documentation and reporting: You create reporting for management and authorities Documentation of all relevant processes

Operational IT support: support for system administration and IT support to ensure a practical implementation of compliance measures Creation and maintenance of IT policies and SOPs Quality Assurance support in the qualification and validation of systems and software

Completed studies in computer science, economy, law or comparable Experience in system administration and readiness to support in support cases Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, Risk Management, Auditing (internal/external), Incident Management, IT Governance and Security Standards Certifications (required): CISA, CISM, CRISC or CDPSE Experience in GxP area Very good German knowledge (min.
