You can do this with us:

• Responsibility for the operation and maintenance of building equipment in the area of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitation
• Disruption-related repair and implementation of small repairs
• Run and maintain fault, testing, maintenance and inspection reports
• Coordination of foreign companies in maintenance and repair work

We wish you:

• Complete vocational training in the field of sanitary, heating, air conditioning or ventilation, e.g. as a plant mechanic SHK or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a comparable position desirable
• A customer-oriented way of thinking and independent work
• Additional qualifications such as expertise door/gate, sprinkler wait or elevator maintenance of advantage
