Your tasks:

• You set up cage welding machines and side grinding systems and take over their monitoring during production
• You perform type change by installing and installing tool blocks and then optimizing the machine
• You independently repair machine malfunctions and coordinate maintenance if necessary
• You carry out regular sample checks with calibrated measuring tool
• You control the quality of the finished parts using the test plan and perform the machine release

Your qualification:

• Successfully completed vocational training in the metal sector (industrial mechanic, tool mechanic)
• Good German language skills in word and writing
• Standby for shift work (2-shift: 6:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00)
• Safe handling of measuring devices and test plans
• First experience with welding machines or grinding machines
