• You support the planning and coordination of the operations of our field service technicians and ensure a smooth running.
• On site you are the first contact point for our users:inside, take their concerns seriously and find the right solution together with them.
• You install software, set up systems and explain the technology intelligibly - from the first click to the finished handover.
• Whether small problem or defective hardware: you pack, find the cause and bring everything back to running.
• And if there's a move or hardware exchange, you're reliable at the place - friendly, competent and with a clear look for the essential.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Complete technical training, e.g. as a specialist informant:in or comparable qualification
• Technical experience in on-site support as well as good knowledge in IT hardware, operating systems and common office applications
• Ideally first experience in handling ticket systems
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Personally, we especially like your safe appearance, your careful working and your commitment to support users with competence and kindness.
• Class B driving licence
