Senior Controller (m/f/d)

Construction of structures and processes in the entire controlling area Analysis of the HGB financial statements and building a meaningful management report for over 60 outlets; ideally knowledge of IFRS/Swiss GAAP Preparation of analyses for operating sales such as food and beverages, both in detail and in categories Competent support for budget planning, investment decisions and economic analysis Operational responsibility for managing the annual budget Responsibility for investment and project management controlling, for calculations and creation of business plans Control of budget processes, forecasts and scenario analyses and deriving concrete recommendations for action Continuous monitoring of cost structures and recognition of deviations and optimization potentials Continuous development of controlling processes Use and application of modern financial tools and BI solutions for data-based decisions Competent contact person*in for auditors, tax advisors, for the parent company in Zurich, the general managers at the local locations as well as for the internal areas of accounting, purchasing and project management Active participation in establishing uniform organisational and financial structures

Relevant professional experience in controlling or financial areas of a medium-sized or international company Important are experiences from the system or traffic gasonomy, hotel industry, catering or retail knowledge of accounting according to HGB; IFRS and Swiss GAAP identifiers would be advantageous Multiannual experiences in Lucanet; Knowledge of BI tool Qlik Sense and IDL of advantage DATEV identifiers are advantageous, but not mandatory, but important are very good Excel identifiers Self-responsible operation with high quality standards Hands-on mentality Analytical mindset, good sense for numbers and overview even in complex contexts independent, structured and solution-oriented work and joy in taking responsibility and resolving things Open and secure communication German and good knowledge of English
