Your tasks:

• Maintenance and repair work
• Monitoring and supervision of building technology
• Maintenance of outdoor facilities and minor renovation work
• Contact persons for employees and external service providers
• Support for moving and internal transport

Your profile:

• Professional training or comparable knowledge
• Technical understanding in the field of electrical, sanitary or heating of advantage
• Self-employed and reliable operation
• Flexibility and commitment
• Class B driving license
