For our Care and Participation business, we are looking for a residential area management for the special housing forms SGB IX and AWS in individual apartments SGB IX at the locations Allensbach and Radolfzell with a total of 29 seats for chronically mentally ill patients. Technical and organisational management of residential areas in coordination with the departmental management Control of ICF-based management services and organisation of supply processes Personnel management and personnel deployment planning Ensuring economic and technical performance

Training or degree in health or social education Management experience with implementation of performance agreements Competence and joy in personnel management Organisational skill and loadability driving licence class B
