The Landgesellschaft Sachsen-Anhalt mbH is the non-profit settlement company for rural development in Saxony-Anhalt and administrator of one of the largest areas in Saxony-Anhalt. Our focus is on the management, development and exploitation of agricultural land, as well as the planning, implementation and support of complex construction and development projects in rural areas. As a medium-sized company, the Landgesellschaft employs over 100 employees at four locations in Saxony-Anhalt. Support in area management: You accompany the procurement, management and sale of agricultural land and are involved in the procurement of new land Value determination of areas: You support the determination of area values and lead the first contact with owners and operators Editing industrial cleaning plans: You help to create and process industrial cleaning plans to optimize the use of agricultural land Coordination with partners: You support the team in communication and cooperation with offices, municipalities, service providers and other external partners to advance projects

Your technical requirement profile: A completed training in the fields of agriculture, real estate, or a comparable area is advantageous, but also cross-comers with interest in area management are welcome! Interest in the area management and/or first experience in this area are advantageous, but no prerequisite Basic knowledge of MS Office and ideally GIS applications Valid passenger car licence Your personal requirements: Team skills Careful and reliable operation Communication
