We are looking for social pedagogical assistance / SPA (m/w/d) with 30 hrs for the crib area in our Kita Johannes.

In our Kita we work together as a lively and friendly team with 21 employees in a family and value-adding atmosphere. We maintain active 4 elementary groups and 3 crib groups by implementing the group-related concept.

Your tasks

• Accompanying and promoting You children with a lot of heart, patience and empathy and create a loving, secure environment where they can safely unfold.
• Create creative, age-appropriate game and sensory offers and give You are the children through reliable structures Orientation in everyday life.**
• Document development steps and build trusting relationships with children and parents.

Your profile

• You have a training as a social pedagogical assistant / SPA (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification in pedagogy.
• They are an esteeming personality with heart and mind and have joy in lovingly accompanying the children.
• They work in partnership with parents. **
• They are a team player and have an open and solution-oriented communication style.
• They are ready to allow use times in the afternoon until 5:00.

Kita Johannes Friedrichsgabe

Our Kita is close to nature and only 3 minutes walk from the AKN A2 stop Moorbeckhalle. There are own parking spaces for bicycle or car. Our kita is newly built and planned according to our pedagogy, with friendly rooms and large areas of movement in the corridors. The outdoor area is also completely redesigned.

As part of the Kita plant in the Ev.-Luth. Kirchenkreis Hamburg-West/Südholstein we are integrated in a strong and value-adding network.
