The success story of the CAPSO GmbH, founded in January 2021 by Bernhard Heinzler, begins in 2008 when Wolfgang Dotzauer in Ottersdorf, a district of Rastatt, started the handicraft company Elektrotechnik Dotzauer.

CAPSO GmbH – Elektro & Innovation follows the successful path and provides the well-known and sought-after services around the building electrical system for customers from private households, the public sector, industry and industry.

In addition, the company's range of services has expanded to include the topics of green energy production and charging infrastructure for emobility. In order to meet the increased requirements of our customers, we were able to expand the number of employees from 10 to 15 people last year.

We are looking for reinforcement – we are looking for you! You take over the professional installation, commissioning and maintenance of modern energy and building systems, especially in the field of photovoltaics. In the event of malfunctions or failures, you will go to troubleshooting, diagnose electrical problems and with your expertise for fast and sustainable solutions. You carry out safety tests and measurements independently (e.g. according to DGUV V3) and thus ensure the operational reliability of our customers' systems. You carefully design technical documentation and tune directly with network operators and manufacturers for the smooth network connection.

You have a completed electrotechnical training, e.g. for electrical engineering (m/w/d), electronics (m/w/d) or electricians (m/w/d) - a certain number of years of professional experience you do not need with us You are well aware of safety regulations and measurement and testing techniques You can make the commissioning and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment Ideally, you bring first professional experience in the field of photovoltaics, which is nice to have You are ready for further education and can independently perform plant design and component selection You have a class B driver's license and have a safe knowledge of German in word and writing at C1 level
