You support our team as Tax Projects and Transformation Specialist (m/d)

Structures & Topics: You are active in building and developing key topics in Tax & Finance (including Tax CMS as a sub-area) and bring their own ideas into play. International tax topics: You support group-wide topics such as billing prices and work on international projects for integration and fusion. Processes & Policy Design: Together with the disciplines, You develop pragmatic and scalable solutions for tax and regulatory requirements. (e.g. EU regulations, Pillar 2, Intercompany Pricing) Interface role with Impact:You work closely with Finance, Legal and external partners and develop into a central contact for cross-disciplinary topics. Projects & Transformation:You take responsibility in international projects – e.g. for integrations, legal structural measures or process optimisation – and actively promote topics. Systems & Compliance: You support the control of relevant systems and processes in the tax and legal environment and contribute to ensuring transparency requirements and legal documentation obligations – with a strong understanding of liability and risk mitigation.

Education: Completed studies (e.g. BWL, taxes, accounting or economic law). Experience & internationality: First experience in tax, finance or project environment as well as interest in international topics. Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English. Personality: independent, structured and proactive working with joy in taking responsibility and actively shaping issues.
