Your tasks:

• Support and assistance: Support clients in achieving their participation goals and self-determined management of their everyday life, including support in personal care and leisure
• Individual participation planning: Reimburse individual participation planning and actively participate in the creation and updating
• Cooperation: Work closely with members, legal supervisors and other social partners to ensure comprehensive support
• Ensuring care: care for the medical care of clients, including documentation of orders and medication
• Documentation and reporting: Conduct regular computer-assisted documentation of the services provided and contribute to the creation of client reports

What you should bring:

• Completed training: health care, nursing care, nursing care, nursing care, nursing care, educators (m/w/d)
• Experience in the disabled: knowledge and practical experience in dealing with people with mental disabilities, ideally also in combination with epilepsy
