The photovoltaic and electromobility group is composed of the areas “distribution and project development”, “construction and technical operation” and “services, commercial management and energy management”. We are looking for a personality that connects commercial control, numerical understanding and IT-Affinity in a sovereign manner for the management of our expertise “Services, Commercial Operations and Energy Management”. In this key role, you connect energy management with digitalization. Your tasks are: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the field of expertise and active participation in the implementation of the strategic group objectives Analysis, evaluation and optimisation of energy-economic processes from commercial, regulatory and systemic aspects Material responsibility for price calculations, price adjustments and other calculations including customer communication Support of existing customers and participation in the development and evaluation of new (digital) business and revenue models for private and business customers Responsibility for digitization, optimization and automation of internal and external processes along energy-economic value added and project structure Construction, control and quality assurance of the aftersales processes and services for photovoltaic systems, charging infrastructure and tenant power models, including optimisation of the IT solutions used Responsibility for the backend systems for charging infrastructure and tenant stream including further development, contract, billing and interface processes and coordination with system operators Active further development of the pioneering role of the Stadtwerke Heidelberg in the fields of photovoltaics, electromobility and intelligent energy systems

Bachelor / Master (m/w/i) Energiewirtschaft, Controlling, Wirtschaftsinformatik or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the energy industry, ideally focusing on electromobility, photovoltaics, tenant power or digital energy systems Very high affinity for commercial processes and controlling High IT-Affinity and knowledge in handling system landscapes, backend systems and digital platforms Experiences in project and process management, ideally in transformation or digitization projects Sales experience Embossed communication skills, safe occurrence and the ability to capture and understand technical facts Leadership, team skills, strategic thinking, initiative and joy in actively implementing innovations
