Care Process & Patient Management: Self-acquisition of the entire care process of visceral-oncological patients with rehabilitative approach, incl. Recording, dismissal and transfer Oncological Assessment & Interventions: Implementation of basic screenings, collection of oncological assessments and derivation of individual care measures Consultancy & Associates: Structured consultations with patients, including coordination of other support services Interdisciplinary cooperation & care concepts: development, evaluation and updating of nursing concepts and standards according to scientific knowledge and certification criteria Quality & Knowledge Management: Active participation in training plans, training organisation and professional exchange with other oncological professionals Medical-care tasks: professional implementation of medical arrangements and assistance in medical interventions Care visas & case meetings: initiation and regular implementation of oncological care visas and participation in case meetings
