You accompany our participants individually through three exciting phases of operational qualification (InbeQ): Orientation & Acquise: You create meaningful work and skill profiles and acquire matching training places in regional companies. On-the-spot qualification: You accompany participants directly at the workplace (“training on the job”), promote key qualifications and provide comprehensive learning content. Stabilisation: You consolidate the employment relationship and prepare the smooth transition to an insurance job. Project days & documentation: You design weekly project days for reflection and theory placement and conduct individual funding planning.

We are looking for professionals with heart and mind. You fulfil one of the following qualification requirements: Studies: Social education, Social work, Health education, Rehabilitation or special education (Diplom, Bachelor, Master). Teachers: With relevant focuses or at least one-year professional experience with the target group within the last five years. Experts: occupational therapists, psychologists or state-recognized educators/teachers/workers (the latter with 3 years of experience and relevant social education). Additional qualification of 640 hours). Master/Akademiker: With additional pedagogical qualification (e.g. AEVO, rehabilitation supplement) or qualification as a specialist for job and professional promotion or Integration consultant. In addition, bring: Experience: Ideally at least one year experience in the professional education or integration of people with disabilities. Market knowledge: good knowledge of the regional labour market and support structures. A modern understanding of disability as an interplay between individual and the environment as well as pronounced empathy and intercultural competence. Personality: Motivational ability, creativity, team spirit and a sovereign handling of digital media.
