This job is all about IT systems. But what exactly does that mean? Planning and configuration: With your knowledge and creativity, you unleash IT systems that fit perfectly to the needs of your customers - your colleagues. It's like a puzzle where every part has to be in its place. Set up and manage: You are the craftsman (m/w/d) who builds the systems and keeps them running. It is your task to ensure that everything works smoothly and that customers are satisfied. Troubleshooting: Sometimes not everything goes according to plan. But don't worry, you're the problem solver (m/w/d)! You'll find out what went wrong and how you can fix it. Consultation: You help users to select the right devices and systems and support problems.

You love IT technology and like to work on complex systems. You solve problems and don't leave until everything goes back. You are communicative and can explain technical things in a comprehensible way. You like to work in the team and help others with their IT problems.

The internship lasts a day and offers you the opportunity to collect first impressions and get to know the working environment. You will work in a modern and healthy workplace. An experienced sponsor will be at your side during the entire internship day.
