As a business partner, you are responsible for the entire controlling bandwidth of a segment; in particular budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting (result actual comparisons) and commenting; KPI monitoring; cash flow planning; Risk reporting You conduct deviation analyses, show improvement potentials and support their implementation as a business partner You question critical business developments and are able to set up business cases with the specialists You are able to analyze and interpret both “small parts” and overlapping numbers As a service provider, you are the interface between finance and business with any question You are working on strategic corporate projects Together with colleagues in Controlling, you develop the processes, analyses and reporting as well as the control software used A part of your tasks is cooperation with the parent group reporting; Creation and implementation of management-compliant presentations You also work closely with accounting

You have completed university studies (e.g. economics, industrial engineering) with a focus on finance, controlling or comparable training You have a multi-year professional experience in controlling or consulting You are characterized by a particularly pronounced analytical mindset and a good numerical understanding You work independently, reliably and structured and have pronounced communicative skills and enforcement skills You prefer the “hands-on mentality” and enjoy creating new structures and processes You have a high degree of sense of responsibility, self-initiative and joy in working in the team You already have sound knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint You could ideally earn knowledge in LucaNet and SAP Your profile completes a presentation capability as well as basic knowledge of accounting and accounting (IFRS)
