You are an important interface between applicants, recruiting partners and our specialist areas, and together with us, you support a positive Candidate Experience. During the entire recruiting process, you actively support from publishing the job advertisements to coordinating interview appointments You accompany applicant management reliably and contribute to a positive Candidate Experience In Active Sourcing, you’ll get involved by identifying suitable talent target groups on common business platforms and helping with the first speech In the preparation of selection processes and the preparation of application documents for the departments, you support targeted Care of the applicant management system, as well as the creation of internal HR reporting and statistics, will be taken together with the team

Continuous Study of Business Administration, Psychology, Economics or Social Sciences (ideally focusing on Human Resources / HR) First practical experience in HR, recruiting or staff services of advantage Binding, friendly appearance and very good communication and expressiveness in word and writing Self-employed, careful and structured work with a pronounced service orientation Safe handling of MS Office as well as high IT affinity for integration into modern applicant management systems and digital tools

You will get a comprehensive insight into the recruiting of a large, decentralized company and work closely with our recruiting partners and departments in the regions. You are not only responsible for administrative activities: You take real responsibility within our recruiting processes, get to know different professions and areas of expertise, and help us create our recruiting more quickly, more structured and candidate-oriented. At the same time, you will get insights into the further development of our recruiting organization, the standardization of our processes and the introduction of modern HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors Flexible working time design of up to 20 hours per week for optimal compatibility with your studies.
