You control the process for the strategic further development of our product portfolio and the requirement management – thus setting the course for our long-term success With your team, you develop innovative, customer-friendly financing products and define the price and sales channel strategies You are the owner of the solutions – from the analysis of customer needs to the design of the end-to-end customer experience to the acceptance of the implementation You lead your team with clear vision, sense and motivation – in line with our leadership principles You prioritize, tax and optimise the backlog to achieve maximum customer benefit and economic success (ROI) You make sure that our financing products are optimally mapped in all relevant systems

Training as a banking businessman with comprehensive expertise in the banking activities A completed university or university degree or a comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience of ambitious employees and strong leadership skills Experience in development and implementation (digital) business models Detectional successes in the management of projects in the agile and digital environment courage, creativity and the will to go new ways – even if You are not in the textbook
