Support of the sales team in the organization and optimization of order processing Creating and reviewing cost calculations and ensuring margin control Supply and price calculations in close coordination with sales Maintenance of price lists, assortment overviews and inventory management Support for sales planning, forecasting and production regulations Pre- and post-processing of sales meetings and sales analyses Supporting customer master files, contracts and key accounts Coordination of sample deliveries, projects and sales events (such as trade fairs)

Complete training in the commercial sector or a comparable qualification First professional experience in a comparable position Friendly, confident appearance and very good communication strength Analytical way of thinking combined with a structured way of working Safe handling of current MS Office programs, as well as very good Excel skills Very good knowledge of German and fluent English
