Senior IT Service Technician (m/f/d)

Tool-based acceptance, analysis and elimination of disturbances in the PC, telephony, LAN and WAN environment Implementation of on-site activities in the context of orders (Install, Move, Add, Change) in the IT and TK environment Installation and commissioning of hardware in the customer environment and user instruction Compliance with defined reaction and suppression times and on-site support of central operating units Work in the ticket system as well as holistic tool-assisted documentation of the above-mentioned processes Conducting DGUV V3 exams and company management in the technical environment Working in subprojects at the IT and TK infrastructure, moving projects and rollouts Complete and comprehensible documentation of all activities in the tools used Regular participation in readiness

Complete training in IT or communication technology (e.g. IT system electronics) or a comparable qualification At least 3 years of professional experience in IT, TK or network environment Knowledge and experience of analogue TK systems, operation and disorder Very good knowledge of ticket systems, knowledge databases, CMDB/Asset management systems Experience in project processing in public service or industrial environment Person capable of testing work equipment according to VDE 0701-0702 German language skills, English knowledge of advantage Individual initiative, independent work, customer and quality orientation, team skills Driving licence Class B and mobility readiness
