• You install and configure software and hardware from our customers on site and ensure the cabling and installation of IT workstations, including PCs, notebooks and components.
• You take refresh tasks in onsite support, especially in the Windows Client and Android area.
• Tasks in the customer's management tool are processed reliably and in time.
• To enable your colleagues to take up your work in the future, you document your work done carefully.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Complete technical training, e.g. as a specialist informant:in or a comparable field of work
• Professional practice in IT support and installation of hardware and software in the Microsoft environment
• First experiences in the implementation of IT rollouts as well as in the handling of mobile devices and common ticket and client operating systems
• Good knowledge of German and basic English
