Lippeltstraße 1, 22097 Hamburg You address the task of preparation from the supply phase to acceptance You plan the project process and develop a detailed time and cycle planning for the creation of our sophisticated construction projects You support costing and promotional editing You are responsible for the execution preparation and for the invitation to tender for post-contracting services You work with BIM-based tools

You have a successfully completed construction or Architecture studies or comparable technical training You ideally have several years of professional experience in the field of scheduling/work preparation and/or construction management of SF projects You have very good MS-Office knowledge as well as experience in dealing with scheduling software, tendering and drawing programs as well as accounting and costing software such as Asta Powerproject, AutoCAD, REVIT and iTWO, ideally with experience in BIM work You draw your attention through a good organizational ability, independent working and commitment
