Performance Management: Support in the planning and preparation of our group-wide approach Talent Management: Conception and implementation of new offers for the entire OBI group in coordination with the local teams Project support: support at internal interfaces (e.g. works council, purchasing) and cooperation with external providers Success monitoring: takeover of communication, analysis and reporting to ensure the quality of measures Team collaboration: Active participation in a team of more than 10 experts:inside and support for topical topics

Education: Current or completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology, BWL or a comparable subject Communication: Very good linguistic skills in German and English (at least C1 level) for work in an international context Operation: High level of implementation orientation, self-employment and a proactive approach Practical experience: First relevant experience through internships, projects or secondary activities, ideally in human resources IT Affinity: Safe handling of popular tools and interest in digitized HR processes
