Then you will be part of our team. In your role, you accompany patients and support the implementation of the expert standard in practice. The Vivantes Klinikum im Friedrichshain is a hospital with 26 specialist clinics and 956 beds and is centrally located on Landsberger Allee in the immediate vicinity of the Volkspark Friedrichshain with very good access to public transport.

Quality assurance in the care of patients with stoma and cooperation in the implementation of the expert standard “Pflege of People with Chronic Wounds” Advice and training of nurses in stoma therapy Consultation and guidance of patients and their relatives for stoma care Coordination of the transfer of patients with stoma to post-care facilities and exhibition of the necessary documents Close cooperation with the entire treatment team and the nursing experts as part of the practical development in care
