Tasks

• CNC Machining: Various CNC milling and turning machines for the manufacture and repair of aircraft parts operate and program
• Serial and single production: precision production of metal and plastic workpieces in single and series production
• Quality check: Quality of component with different measuring instruments
• Plant maintenance: carry out maintenance and repair work on machine tools independently Process monitoring: Monitor and optimize predefined plant parameters throughout the manufacturing process
• Craneous operation: Forklift trucks and cranes (G25/FSÜ) safely operate for material transport

= qualification

• Completed vocational training as machining mechanic / machining mechanic, toolmaker / toolmaker, lathe / lathe or milling cutter / milling cutter
• Multiannual experience in CNC operation and programming of machine tools (turning, milling, grinding)
• Secure handling of CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD as well as Heidenhain controls
• Basic knowledge of English in Word and Writing (min. A2) – Detection required
• ready for shiftwork and vocational training
• High team capability, reliability, sense of responsibility and clear communication skills
• Desirable: Pre-field driver license
