Service and professional management of the staff of the unit incl. Application and Task Planning Oversight of the national associations and the training and training centre, including through visits, reports and evaluation of key figures Organisation of tasks and work focuses in the unit and coordination with the department management Control and monitoring of procedures and processing Cooperation with the speaker for occupational safety and staff Tasks as an occupational physician/entrepreneur: Advising the THW leadership, the division of business, the specialist working groups and THW-Jugend e. Establish and monitor medical requirements for THW members, treatment and care standards as well as medical equipment relevant to THW Development of strategies for the processing of medical assistance requests and the design and implementation of further training Head of a specialist working group Medicine in THW Participation in special damages Cooperation in and with the medical and social service of the top federal authorities and with the managing operating physician at the Federal Ministry of the Interior

Approved according to the Federal Medical Order as a doctor/ doctor or according to § 2 para. 2, 3 or 4 are authorised to exercise the medical profession in Germany (the recognition by a national medical chamber must be submitted) recognition as a specialist for occupational medicine or additional name of occupational medicine (§ 7 para. 1 p. 1 ArbMedVV) in conjunction with another specialist name bringing together proven multiannual professional experience in a management function (technical and/or disciplinary) You are a personality that: with strong personnel management competence, willingness to cooperate and gender and diversity skills has communicative skills and a pronounced organizational talent and can constructively deal with conflicts German knowledge of at least level C1 and English knowledge of at least level B1. has very good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications Understanding the peculiarities of a voluntary organisation Service travel and accessibility outside regular working hours as a guide in the civil protection organisation THW with around 98 % of volunteers, of course their affiliation to THW by carrying out service or Wearing for specific occasions.
