Your tasks: Strategic and operational national and international customer support in the field of media consulting, planning and booking International Contract and Partner:internal Management and Jobbörse piloting Planning, switching and optimization of national and international online and print job advertisements holistic campaign management including optimization consulting and implementation Project controlling as well as support in sales and budget planning Creating monthly and customer-specific reporting, conducting analyses and deriving concrete recommendations for action - also in the international context Preparation and implementation of presentations and perception of customer appointments at national and international level Support and optimization of technical interfaces Creation of market and competition analyses for the strategic advice of our customers: Creation of receivable bills

Funded and multiannual experience in HR Advertising, job ad management, talent acquisition or in a comparable role, ideally in the corporate or agency environment First leadership experience desirable Language and Writing - You are confident in international talks, presentations and negotiations Structured, independent and proactive operation Hands-on mentality and joy in working both strategic and operational Experience in cooperation with executives and stakeholders Very good communication and negotiation skills combined with high consulting competence Routine in dealing with applicant management systems, SuccessFactors desirable Safe handling of O365, especially PowerPoint, to create professional presentations
