Support our team at the Oberursel site in Frankfurt am Main with legal expertise, diplomatic skills and analytical sense in the examination of claims from inability to work.

You check, approve and process performance cases that have a high potential for damage and/or require special legal effort. This also includes the control of processes with unauthorized claims (injury of the pre-contractual ad obligation, fraud, etc.) – if necessary check You have already recognised cases. If necessary, you request medical and professional advice so that you can always make your decisions correctly and without doubt. The direct querying in the Teleclaiming/Teleinterview and the cooperation with the suburban service (VOS) help you get all the necessary information. The friendly and expert advice on the performance requirements completes your range of tasks – even when it comes to making our products known.

You have successfully completed a law degree (1st and 2nd State Exams) and bring professional experience in the field of insurance – especially in the field of occupational inability. In this context, you have already dealt with complex cases of damage and thus also gained basic knowledge in the medical and professional field. In addition, detailed knowledge of the tariffs, insurance conditions and current jurisdiction (BUZ/BV) as well as basic knowledge in insurance and civil law are important. We also require security in managing legal correspondence as well as the routined application of MS Office. Last but not least, you are convinced by your communication capability – uncomplicated in handling & competent in the matter.
