Educator for our mother-father-child facility in Jena Copy (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You accompany mothers, fathers or pregnant women in difficult situations based on § 19 SGB VIII in conjunction with the help planning (§ 36 SGB VIII). You give them security and help them to strengthen their resources for an independent lifestyle.
• For up to two clients or clients, you take over the reference service and awaken their competences for relationship design and everyday management - away from the group service, controlled by yourself and individually between you and your reference client.
• You help them build support networks, accompany the visit of offices and courts if necessary and work closely with networking partners such as schools, therapists etc.
• You will meet everyone at eye level and communicate transparently at any time.
• You document the help course reliably and understandably in the current programs.

What we expect

• You are an educator (m/w/d), a curative teacher (m/w/d) or have successfully completed a similar pedagogical training and ideally already several years of relevant professional experience in individual case work (help planning) and group work.
• You have a positive attitude to work with families in challenging situations of life.
• In addition to your good knowledge of binding work, you have a collapsing set of methods that support your high educational demands in work with children or young people.
• You bring a lot of empathy with you in your heart job, and you are professionally going around with the space between proximity and distance.
• Teamwork is great, you like to actively shape everyday work and reflect your behavior to grow as a human being.
• You can imagine working in shiftwork and having a class B license.
